What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs across Loyalty, Identity, and Messaging domains.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define goals and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and risk management plans.
• Identify and resolve critical dependencies and resource constraints to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor progress and inform decision-making.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States, specifically Seattle or able to work hybrid from this location.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years managing complex technical programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with program management methodologies and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integration in technical programs.
