What you will do

• Develop and execute a structured communication plan for Product & Tech.
• Craft communications on Product & Tech vision, strategy, and progress.
• Build relationships across the Product & Tech organization and key hirify.global functions.
• Provide strategic communication advice to CTO and Product & Tech leaders.
• Collaborate with communication teams to integrate Product & Tech stories into hirify.global's overall narrative.
• Measure communication impact and improve effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic development and delivery of internal and external communications for a technology/product function in a large-scale enterprise.
• Experience delivering multi-format communications to varied audiences.
• Excellent storytelling ability with written and interpersonal expertise.
• Passionate about Product and Tech, with a solid understanding of the Product & Tech world.
• Expert at stakeholder management at all levels.
• Flexible on travel.
