What you will do

• Collaborate globally to shape how the world sees hirify.global, elevating the brand in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Spearhead ideas and storytelling behind compelling content, partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer programs.
• Set the vision, drive operational excellence, and be accountable for the brand marketing budget, performance, and outcomes.
• Represent the brand at face-to-face events (both trade and consumer).
• Develop strong relationships with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Degree educated with 8+ years of brand marketing experience, with a high preference for lifestyle and/or travel brands.
• Proven track record of building brands within the U.S. market.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing direct reports, inspiring collaboration and creative thinking.
• Equally comfortable shaping brand strategy and leading cross-channel marketing initiatives.
• Extremely knowledgeable about the digital advertising landscape, products, and trends.
• Skilled in brand analytics, including measurement, reporting, and tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
