Location: Remote role, ideally based near major transport hubs such as Hamburg, Bremen, Lübeck/Travemünde, Kiel or Kühlungsborn in Northern Germany.

What you will do

  • Generate and follow up on new leads within the customer base.
  • Conduct structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
  • Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team for smooth implementation and client retention.
  • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems and report on sales results.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or relevant experience within the recreation sector (holiday parks or campsites), ideally within SaaS or tech.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Excellent command of both German and English.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with campsites or holiday parks.
