Business Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing data across hirify.global’s advertising supply and demand to identify gaps, align priorities, and drive smarter decisions with an accent on product roadmaps and business needs. Focus on launching initiatives, fixing process gaps, and shaping product direction based on what the data says.

Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany with 3 core office days per week. Relocation assistance to Hamburg is provided.

What you will do

• Create, analyze, and communicate reports and statistics for business teams and partners.
• Gather, validate, and document business needs.
• Analyze commercial data such as revenues, CPIs, and other KPIs.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Outline the business impact of proposed ideas (Earning vs Costs).
• Implement and test solutions.

Requirements

• You have a business orientation and can connect business dots and values behind numbers.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Ability to express technical issues comprehensively in business language.
• Competent in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking with clear action points, and take a proactive approach.
• Experience with SQL and Visual analytic platforms.
