What you will do

  • Partner closely with B2B clients to create and execute CRM strategies that support business goals and drive long-term growth.
  • Configure and tailor HubSpot CRM to meet complex client requirements, ensuring scalable setups and seamless integrations.
  • Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze lifecycle and customer interaction data, translating insights into strategic recommendations and impactful optimizations.
  • Design and manage advanced workflow automations within HubSpot to improve efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and insights to assist clients in data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least 4–5 years of professional experience in CRM with a strong B2B focus and proven success in managing complex CRM initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, with a deep understanding of its features, customization options, and integration capabilities.
  • Ability to develop CRM strategies that align with diverse client needs and business goals.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and execution to monitoring CRM initiatives.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and high standards for service quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus.
