Founder's Associate (Operations/Strategy): Supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff on strategic and operational priorities with an accent on developing strategy, running OKR cycles, and driving cross-functional initiatives. Focus on bringing structure to ambiguous topics, preparing executive communications, and maintaining visibility on company-wide KPIs.
Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with remote flexibility of up to 104 days per year (post-probation). This role is not fully remote and does not offer relocation assistance.

What you will do
- Support the development of hirify.global’s strategy with the CEO and leadership team.
- Help run OKR cycles and maintain visibility on company-wide KPIs.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with revenue or productivity impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Prepare executive communication materials for board, leadership, and all-hands meetings.
- Organise management meetings and offsites with strong preparation and decision proposals.
Requirements
- Ability to ramp up exceptionally fast on new and complex topics.
- Produce high-quality, structured output at speed, based on data and logic.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity for others.
- Proficiency in using technology and AI to multiply impact.
- Actively seeking feedback and continuously raising performance.
- Taking ownership and reliably delivering results.
- Currently studying or recently graduated with experience in high-performance settings (e.g., fast-growing tech, consulting, investing).
- Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
