What you will do

• Own and execute the AI & analytics roadmap to improve customer retention, expansion, and health outcomes
• Identify and implement AI/ML use cases such as churn prediction and next-best-action recommendations
• Build scalable Customer Success operations frameworks and automate reporting and analytics
• Deliver executive-ready insights and data storytelling for leadership and board reviews
• Improve customer journey processes and cross-team handoffs
• Integrate AI capabilities into platforms like Planhat and Salesforce

Requirements

• Location: Based in Germany or flexible remote with work from abroad options
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics; Master’s is a plus
• 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles and 3+ years in Customer Success or SaaS analytics
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building predictive models for business outcomes
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset with SaaS metrics knowledge
• Experience with generative AI/LLMs and CS systems like Salesforce and Planhat
• English proficiency: Confident communication and presentation skills
