Senior Customer Success AI & Analytics Manager (AI): Helping hirify.global increase customer lifetime value by enabling our Customer Success organization with intelligent automation, actionable insights, and scalable operating rhythms with an accent on the AI and analytics roadmap for CS, turning customer data into clear narratives. Focus on identifying and implementing AI/ML use cases like churn prediction and building repeatable CS operations frameworks.

Location: Must be based in Germany, with flexibility to work remotely and up to 90 days from abroad.

What you will do

  • Own and execute the AI & analytics roadmap for Customer Success to improve retention and customer health.
  • Identify and implement AI/ML use cases such as churn prediction and expansion signals.
  • Build and scale repeatable Customer Success operations frameworks and processes.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights for leadership reviews and Board materials with data storytelling.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting for key Customer Success metrics.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into core platforms like Planhat and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
  • 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, and/or data science roles.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, SaaS, or customer-facing analytics/operations environments.
  • Proven experience building predictive models that drive business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and Customer Success KPIs.
  • Experience with generative AI / LLMs and practical business use cases.
  • Comfortable working with CS systems like Salesforce and Planhat.
  • Strong communication skills in English and confidence presenting to senior leadership.
