What you will do

  • Engage daily with clients to understand their business context and provide tailored consulting to improve commercial and operational performance.
  • Analyze market dynamics, destination trends, and competitive landscapes to support clients in defining effective commercial and tourism strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance, training, and best practices for platform adoption, collaborating with the onboarding team.
  • Manage KPIs and analytical reports, identify improvement areas, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance business performance.

Requirements

  • Italian native and English professional fluency (C1) are required. German C1 or native is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to explain platform value and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Solid background in the hospitality or tourism sector with an understanding of hotel operations, market dynamics, and destination strategies.
  • Consultative mindset, able to build trusted relationships and support SaaS adoption.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and contribute to growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with hospitality tech ecosystems (RMS, PMS, Channel Managers, CRM tools).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in consulting roles within tourism or hospitality.
