What you will do

• Create Knowledge Base articles explaining features and configuration procedures.
• Collaborate with Product Docs and Product teams to enhance SASE experience and service.
• Ensure documentation and Release Notes are ready for weekly product updates.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience with strong technical and technological orientation.
• 3 or more years of proven technical writing experience with topic-based authoring.
• Experience documenting cybersecurity and understanding the IT admin persona.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and self-learning skills.
• Ability to see the big picture of the Cato SASE service and write concepts and sample use cases from scratch.
• Native English speaker.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with networking, remote access, or user management.
• Experience documenting features based in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with content re-use strategy and methods, and topic-based authoring.
