What you will do

• Plan and create new product-focused technical content for administrators, end-users, and internal employees.
• Develop and maintain documentation strategies, including procedures, conceptual prose, and reference materials.
• Revise and update documents to mirror the evolution of Vantage, CMC, and Guardian products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Solution Engineering teams to ensure high-quality, intuitive documentation.
• Engage with customers and Support to provide UX and feature design feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical publications for enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency with oXygen XML Author, Dita XML, and Git.
• Working knowledge of topic-based authoring and multi-channel publishing.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality content within deadlines with minimal editorial support.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve work efficiency and quality.

Nice to have

• Experience in OT/IoT/IT cybersecurity.
• Experience with issue-tracking software like Jira or YouTrack.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, English, or Literature.
