TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (AI): Works directly with hirify.global's customers to maximize value from the platform and deliver a stellar experience as a trusted advisor. Focus on achieving customer technical and business goals, driving retention and growth, monitoring new customers to ensure value alignment, leading effective Business Reviews, and confidently negotiating renewals with enterprise clients.

Location: This is a hybrid role with office attendance in downtown San Francisco, California expected 2 days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in and reside in the state of California, USA.

Salary: $102,000–$138,000 USD OTE (80/20 split) per year.

What you will do

  • Build and own relationships across a book of 25-30 enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor and guide new customers to ensure value expectations are aligned and achieved.
  • Understand and advise on customer priorities with hirify.global, capturing and communicating KPIs and outcomes.
  • Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall influence on customer health scores.
  • Lead effective and consistent customer Business Reviews.
  • Flag and proactively mitigate risks while driving renewal conversations and negotiating terms for strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with renewals experience (Customer Success Management, Renewals Management, or Key Account Management).
  • Content management systems, content strategy, or agency experience preferred, with an ability to understand hirify.global APIs and the digital experience stack.
  • Technical proficiency and a keen interest in technology, with the ability to communicate high-level technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for customer and internal engagements.
  • Ability to think strategically about customer goals and drive renewal and expansion opportunities independently.
