What you will do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and translate a variety of agreements (sales, service, subcontract, software, procurement, non-disclosure).
- Review contract terms related to liability, intellectual property, licenses, and warranties, ensuring consistency with hirify.global policies.
- Support sales and business teams on opportunities, including RFP processes and contract approvals.
- Coordinate contract reviews across different business units to support clients.
- Support the department in contract template revisions, interpretation, and translation.
- Protect hirify.global from unnecessary contract liabilities, damages, and penalties.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice law and in good standing in any jurisdiction.
- Experience in software licensing, preferably in a corporate legal department.
- Strong analytical and contract formation, preparation, drafting, review, management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify key risk and policy issues in transactional situations.
- Basic understanding of United States software intellectual property law and practices.
