What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and translate a variety of agreements (sales, service, subcontract, software, procurement, non-disclosure).
• Review contract terms related to liability, intellectual property, licenses, and warranties, ensuring consistency with hirify.global policies.
• Support sales and business teams on opportunities, including RFP processes and contract approvals.
• Coordinate contract reviews across different business units to support clients.
• Support the department in contract template revisions, interpretation, and translation.
• Protect hirify.global from unnecessary contract liabilities, damages, and penalties.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice law and in good standing in any jurisdiction.
• Experience in software licensing, preferably in a corporate legal department.
• Strong analytical and contract formation, preparation, drafting, review, management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify key risk and policy issues in transactional situations.
• Basic understanding of United States software intellectual property law and practices.
