What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Technical Program Managers to identify opportunities and solutions across multiple groups.
• Determine and lead process improvements and drive change management initiatives.
• Provide expertise in defining program goals, prioritization, and active risk management.
• Orchestrate and integrate efforts for product and service development on large cross-functional projects.
• Guide teams in tracking, coordinating, and communicating end-to-end project schedules and managing dependencies.
• Lead governance programs to ensure performance requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 8+ years of experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field is a plus.
