Location: Remote (US-based) with up to 25% travel across assigned regions.

What you will do

  • Engage and recruit new solution partners (MSPs, SIs) to expand enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships and align partner priorities with HCL Software’s goals.
  • Identify, engage, onboard, and qualify complex partners with new security solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic partner business priorities for sales and technical enablement.
  • Drive business opportunities from partner installed base in new and existing markets.
  • Regularly review pipeline performance and adjust strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of overall experience and at least 10+ years in Business Partner Sales / Channel Operations.
  • Experience working with enterprise security solutions partners.
  • 5+ years selling enterprise security software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior Business Partner Executives.
  • Strong understanding of Partner financial and incentive models.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills.
