TL;DR

Client Director (Sales): Responsible for generating new license revenue growth across assigned territories, managing enterprise software customer accounts, and executing the company's business software sales strategy. Focus on establishing C-suite relationships, understanding business problems, and constructing multi-year, multi-product deals.

What you will do

  • Achieve software new license, software renewals, and software services targets.
  • Establish and grow trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Understand stakeholders’ business problems and position software products as solutions.
  • Identify and construct multi-year and multi-product deals.
  • Monitor progress against business objectives and escalate roadblocks.
  • Build collaborative relationships with the Product Sales Specialist team, Technical Advisors, Customer Success Managers, and Legal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years Enterprise Software Sales experience
  • Proven success in closing complex deals & technical understanding of Enterprise Software opportunities
  • Proven ability to manage CXO relationships with Top Enterprise Software Customer Accounts
  • Proven ability to work across culturally diverse teams to solve partner and customer issues
  • Strong communication and presentation skills & good understanding of HCL Software business models
  • Deep understanding of Software Licensing business/sales model
