What you will do

• Make daily calls and follow-ups to leads and existing clients.
• Manage content publishing: blogs, case studies, website updates, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate updates from the development team, turning project statuses into clear internal or client summaries.
• Provide Executive Assistant support for the CEO/CTO: calendar management, meeting scheduling, prioritization of tasks and follow-ups, preparation of documents and presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in one or more of the following roles: Executive Assistant, Operations Manager / Coordinator, Sales or Marketing Coordinator, Revenue / Business Operations.
• Experience in a tech / software / digital agency or similar services environment.
• Excellent English (written and spoken); confident on calls with clients.
• Proven experience with: HubSpot (or strong CRM experience and willingness to switch), Asana (or similar project management tool), Notion (or similar documentation/knowledge tools), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
• Ability and willingness to work full-time in PST hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in a software development company, AI services, or digital agency.
• Experience with ads platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or growth hacking.
