What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) specialists and Lifecycle coordinators.
- Own the planning, implementation, and service levels of OHS events across international jurisdictions.
- Oversee vendor invoicing and billing activities for the Lifecycle Operations team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to improve SOPs and workflows.
- Drive recruitment, training, and professional development for the regional team.
- Champion hirify.global's values and Lifecycle goals internally and externally.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
- Proven hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
- Tech-savvy approach to iterating processes and using AI tools.
- Strong background in working within a service-level environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- English: Fluent proficiency required for all professional communication.
- Growth and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities.
