What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) specialists and Lifecycle coordinators.
• Own the planning, implementation, and service levels of OHS events across international jurisdictions.
• Oversee vendor invoicing and billing activities for the Lifecycle Operations team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to improve SOPs and workflows.
• Drive recruitment, training, and professional development for the regional team.
• Champion hirify.global's values and Lifecycle goals internally and externally.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
• Proven hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
• Tech-savvy approach to iterating processes and using AI tools.
• Strong background in working within a service-level environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• English: Fluent proficiency required for all professional communication.
• Growth and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities.
