TL;DR

Digital Director (Management): Leading and supervising digital organizing and communications projects for paid relational organizing programs in multiple US states with an accent on digital strategy, content creation, and team leadership. Focus on managing digital organizers, driving recruitment strategies, and collaborating across teams to support voter turnout initiatives.

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $7,000/month

What you will do

  • Supervise Digital Organizers implementing the Peer to Peer recruitment program.
  • Develop and drive digital strategies to raise program awareness.
  • Lead all Digital Communications projects and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee creation of digital content and assets following brand guidelines.
  • Support leadership in monitoring recruitment pipeline trends.
  • Assist program leadership with additional activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely within US time zones.
  • Extensive experience with political CRMs like EveryAction or Action Network.
  • Experience with Peer to Peer texting tools such as Scale to Win.
  • Management experience in digital organizing or communications.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, or Iowa.
  • Experience with relational organizing.
  • Fluency in a second language, including Spanish.
