What you will do
- Own reporting and analytics for downmarket sales performance, translating data into actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to track pipeline health and conversion trends.
- Partner with sales leaders to identify bottlenecks, improve visibility, and implement workflow improvements.
- Manage strategic operational projects focused on forecasting accuracy, territory structure, and sales productivity.
- Support core operational cadences including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and business reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Finance, and Analytics to ensure data and process alignment.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable recommendations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Clari, Gong, or similar GTM stack tools.
- Experience utilizing AI tools responsibly to improve operational efficiency.
