What you will do

• Serve as the senior escalation point for non-standard and high-value Falcon Flex deals, providing guidance on pricing, discounting, and contract terms.
• Ensure Falcon Flex deal compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, and legal obligations.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations for deal escalations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of regional deal review consultants.
• Optimize global deal review processes to improve efficiency and sales velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or pricing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems/Salesforce and quote-to-cash process.
• Strong knowledge of opportunity and contract management, revenue recognition, pricing strategy, and ARR and P&L fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
