What you will do

  • Lead and manage multiple, concurrent projects across the program portfolio.
  • Coordinate activities of large, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow among team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and help remove project barriers and roadblocks.
  • Develop, track, and report on project progress, schedules, and key metrics.
  • Oversee large-scale assignments involving multiple technology systems.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years managing IT projects.
  • 2 to 4 years of project or team lead experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualifications from a recognized institution.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management applications.

Nice to have

  • Experience with highly complex projects (tight schedules, volatile scope).
  • Advanced knowledge in engineering fields like software, hardware, or firmware.
  • Proficiency in Clarity and JIRA.
  • Previous experience in a similar gaming or lottery industry setting.
  • PMP Certification or Scrum Master Certification (PSM or CSM).
