What you will do

Manage and maintain backlog readiness in line with delivery timelines and release cycles.
Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
Coordinate planning, refinement, and sequencing of work across teams.
Track progress, identify dependencies, and help remove blockers early.
Support release planning and ensure scope aligns with team capacity.
Act as a coordination point between product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience working with Agile software development teams.
Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
Experience managing or coordinating product backlogs and delivery flow.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable backlog items.
Technical awareness of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
