What you will do

• Support multiple Scrum teams ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective Scrum meetings.
• Create, implement, and improve Agile processes tailored to team and company needs.
• Remove obstacles to enhance team productivity and encourage self-organization.
• Coach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to maintain project transparency and Agile adoption.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Scrum Master experience managing multiple teams simultaneously.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methods and tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM II/III, CSP-SM or similar).
• Experience in large projects or Agile transformations.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
