What you will do

• Manage team issue tracking boards and workflows in Jira
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Create and update epics and user stories in collaboration with engineers and product managers
• Coordinate with stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve project blockers
• Support the team in applying engineering best practices such as TDD and CI
• Influence stakeholders to drive agile transformation and team alignment

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Strong experience in project management, technical product management, or as a Scrum Master
• Understanding of data platform engineering environments
• Experience integrating AI agents (Claude) into daily workflows
• Solid grasp of TDD and continuous integration practices
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience building consumer-grade digital products
• Background in facilitating agile training sessions or workshops
• Experience enabling business objectives through technology solutions
