Project Leader (Scrum Master)

Project Leader/Scrum Master (Fintech): Facilitating Agile processes and delivery for AML-focused financial projects with an accent on stakeholder coordination, team development, and regulatory compliance. Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź 2-3 days per week)

Salary: 800–1,000 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate collaboration between development teams, internal stakeholders, and external regulatory bodies.
• Support POs, RTEs, and architects in ensuring timely delivery of project targets.
• Foster self-organization and sustainability within development teams.
• Coach team members on Agile mindsets and provide regular feedback on performance.
• Remove impediments and model trust-based communication patterns.

Requirements

• Fluent English for daily international collaboration.
• Proven experience as a project leader on large-scale development projects.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AML regulations and requirements.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks, DevOps, and Lean principles.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills for working with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively under tight timelines.
