TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK, requiring three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Own the global forecasting cadence, moving towards data-backed predictability and ensuring accurate commercial "calls".
  • Continuously audit and optimize the end-to-end buyer journey to design and implement lean, scalable workflows.
  • Strategically manage the commercial tech stack (Salesforce, Google Gemini, Clari, Apollo, Clay, Zapier) to create a cohesive, automated ecosystem.
  • Ensure data integrity for QBRs and Board-level reporting, supporting insights and analytics.
  • Act as the operational architect for new product and market entries, ensuring CRM architecture and pricing models are "Revenue Ready".
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to translate operational insights into high-impact coaching strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–7 years in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a high-growth B2B tech environment.
  • Experience managing direct reports and a passion for people development, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Salesforce power user with an "Architect" mindset (certifications preferred), comfortable with Flow Builder and complex validation rules.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to provide actionable insights from raw datasets.
  • Systems Thinking: understand impacts across Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success, viewing the E2E journey holistically.
  • Experience with or a desire to master modern GTM tools like Clari, Apollo, and Clay.
  • English: B2 required.

  • SQL knowledge is a significant advantage.
