What you will do
- Own the global forecasting cadence, ensuring data-backed predictability and transparent commercial calls.
- Continuously audit and optimize the end-to-end buyer journey to dismantle bottlenecks and implement scalable workflows.
- Strategically own and architect the commercial tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, Apollo, Clay, Zapier) for high adoption and seamless user experience.
- Ensure pristine data integrity for QBRs and Board-level reporting, supporting Insights & Analytics.
- Serve as the operational architect for new product and market entries, ensuring CRM architecture and pricing models are "Revenue Ready."
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to translate operational insights into high-impact coaching strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a high-growth B2B tech environment.
- Proven experience managing direct reports and fostering people development.
- Salesforce power user (certifications preferred) with comfort in Flow Builder, complex validation rules, and architecting data flows.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Systems thinking, understanding end-to-end journey impacts across Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Strategic business partner to Commercial Leaders, using data to challenge assumptions and drive decisions.
