What you’ll do:
🗂️ Lead program delivery and reporting for strategic initiatives
📊 Build and maintain advanced metrics, dashboards, and bespoke tooling
🤝 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Finance, and Ops teams
📝 Drive PI planning and help define strategy for scalable, agile delivery
💡 Bring fresh ideas and innovate with industry-leading solutions
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Advanced expertise in Jira, SQL, and Confluence
🔹 Proven track record in building complex reports, dashboards, and templates
🔹 Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
🔹 Experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFE/Spotify) and programme measurement
