What you will do
- Own strategic delivery provider relationships end-to-end, ensuring performance, growth, and operational excellence.
- Advocate for providers internally, partnering with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Become a product expert, understanding the hirify.global Platform to drive impact for providers.
- Understand integration nuances, identify improvements, and manage/troubleshoot integration challenges.
- Partner with the Merchant team and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Leverage data to drive best practices and insights for performance improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing and technical role; experience with carriers/delivery partners is a plus.
- Proven success owning strategic relationships and driving growth and operational excellence.
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, debugging workflows, and collaboration with engineering.
- Experience advising product/engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose root causes in complex systems.
- Demonstrated ability to master a product and use that knowledge to guide customers and shape feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience in last-mile logistics, supply chain, or complex B2B SaaS systems.
- Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise retail environments.
- Familiarity with API docs, observability platforms, SQL, Python, or engineering workflows.
- Background in consultative roles involving technical depth and commercial accountability.
