What you will do

  • Define the go-to-market strategy for the AI IDE.
  • Build a consistently growing user acquisition system.
  • Deliver on clear acquisition KPIs.
  • Take full ownership of marketing for the AI IDE product.
  • Experiment boldly and implement your ideas with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience launching and scaling tech products from scratch (especially AI-driven ones).
  • Solid understanding of the AI IDE and developer tooling landscape.
  • Experience working closely with developer and AI enthusiast communities.
  • Confidence operating in both English and Russian.
