Define the go-to-market strategy for the AI IDE.
Build a consistently growing user acquisition system.
Deliver on clear acquisition KPIs.
Take full ownership of marketing for the AI IDE product.
Experiment boldly and implement your ideas with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

Hands-on experience launching and scaling tech products from scratch (especially AI-driven ones).
Solid understanding of the AI IDE and developer tooling landscape.
Experience working closely with developer and AI enthusiast communities.
Confidence operating in both English and Russian.
