TL;DR

Salary: $225,000 - $300,000 OTE + equity options

What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise customers in regulated industries.
  • Educate prospects on how hirify.global transforms compliance and development workflows.
  • Run organized sales cycles with cross-functional internal support.
  • Exceed quota through rigor, urgency, and a deep understanding of customer pain.
  • Help shape the sales playbook and raise the bar across the sales team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding a $1M+ quota and closing 6-figure deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including experience navigating a modern sales tech stack.
  • Confident enterprise negotiator who’s led strategic deals with F500s.
  • Deeply curious learner who becomes a subject-matter expert quickly.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into complex enterprise environments in regulated industries like healthcare, MedTech, or life sciences.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure software or category-defining products.
  • Comfort with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or BANT.
  • A track record of top-tier performance in a high-growth SaaS setting.
  • Technical fluency through a science/engineering background or past experience selling technical products.
