TL;DR
Account Executive - SMB (Spanish Speaker): Consulting businesses to convert them into paying customers and provide top-notch customer service with an accent on owning the full sales cycle and contributing to the team’s pipeline. Focus on product expertise, influencing product development based on client feedback, and cross-departmental involvement.
Location: Remote from specific US states: Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, and Georgia.
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 OTE

What you will do
- Become a product expert and consultant for businesses.
- Own the full sales cycle, managing your account pipeline and contributing to the team’s pipeline.
- Gather client insights to be the company’s eyes and face.
- Influence product development based on client demands and needs.
- Ensure cross-departmental involvement and information sharing.
- Exhibit initiative, independence, and ownership.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies or 1.5 years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS companies.
- Strong record of quota attainment.
- Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
- Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
- Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri.
- Must be able to work from Texas, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Utah, or Georgia.
