What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and determine how hirify.global can provide value.
• Build relationships with technical leaders, providing guidance on leveraging hirify.global across the API lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers to set success criteria, design and deliver tailored proofs of concept, and conduct engaging demos.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on plans and drive customer goal achievement.
• Maintain a deep understanding of hirify.global’s capabilities, the API ecosystem, and industry trends (e.g., AI in API design, DevOps, API security).
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and create technical content highlighting real-world use cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs, API lifecycle management tools (e.g., hirify.global, Swagger/OpenAPI, Kong, Apigee), CI/CD and automation, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with comfort in customer-facing presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region, with occasional global travel.
• Must adhere to a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in the London office.
