What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and determine where hirify.global can provide the most value.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with customers to set clear success criteria and deliver tailored proofs of concept.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across plans and execution.
• Collect and share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and webinars, creating and sharing technical content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: REST and GraphQL APIs, API lifecycle management tools, CI/CD and automation, Cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, with comfort in customer-facing presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region, with occasional global travel for company events.
