What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions to uncover customer challenges.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers.
• Design and deliver tailored proofs of concept through demos, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment.
• Collect and share customer insights to influence product roadmap decisions.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and create technical content highlighting use cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs, API lifecycle management tools, CI/CD and automation, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills in English, with comfort in customer-facing presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
