What you will do
- Build a credible funnel for hirify.global Enterprise adoption within a portfolio of organizations.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close and execute a land and expand sales strategy.
- Educate customers on the value of hirify.global throughout the evaluation and adoption cycle.
- Navigate key decision-makers to build hirify.global Enterprise awareness within organizations.
- Provide a detailed and accurate forecast.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Managers, and Account Development representatives to build strategic adoption plans for customers.
Requirements
- Able to strategically map out and break into accounts.
- Relevant sales experience preferably in an Enterprise SaaS organization.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and within an organization.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, as demonstrated by regularly exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
- Fluent in German and English.
