TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of hirify.global’s AI-powered fraud and AML solutions to banks and financial institutions with an accent on end-to-end sales process ownership and consultative relationship building. Focus on creating new opportunities in named accounts, developing executive-level relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Location: Must be based in Germany. Potential for hybrid work in Berlin.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from demand generation to closing.
  • Develop consultative relationships with prospects to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Leverage your network of contacts to drive new business opportunities.
  • Achieve defined revenue targets.
  • Drive hirify.global’s growth plan and market position in alignment with the Go-to-Market vision.

Requirements

  • 5 to 15 years in a new logo, enterprise sales role.
  • Direct experience selling Financial Crime (Fraud and AML) solutions to banking, payments, or merchant acquiring industries.
  • Adept with financial and operational analysis and business case development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with a wide range of audiences and industry experts.
  • Exemplary sales skills including presentation, consultative selling, negotiations, planning, and accurate forecasting.
