Location: This is a hybrid role. Employees are expected to come into the office 3-days a week. Office locations include San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, New York (United States), Bangalore, Hyderabad (India), and London (United Kingdom). Travel requirement: 20–30% for customer engagement.

Salary: $220,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Work closely with strategic customers and internal teams to understand high-value problems.
• Design and build full-stack applications, integrations, and tools with APIs at the center.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, validate impact, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
• Own end-to-end technical execution, from architecture and infrastructure to frontend and backend development.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and partner to customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on field learnings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend engineer.
• Customer-obsessed and energized by solving real problems with high business impact.
• Experience working directly with customers or in consultative roles.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or similar backend languages.
• Proficiency in React/Next.js or similar for the frontend.
• Experience building and shipping cloud-based applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Nice to have

• Startup or founding team experience.
• Experience with AI Agents or API Platforms.
