What you will do
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure within your assigned territory.
- Build and execute strategic plans for target accounts to drive widespread adoption of hirify.global's Enterprise Suite.
- Educate customers on the value of hirify.global and navigate key decision-makers to build awareness within organizations.
- Leverage data and collaborate with internal teams to identify customer needs and ensure long-term success.
- Provide accurate forecasts and effectively organize communications regarding billing, legal, and technical inquiries.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience hunting and closing net new logos in an Enterprise SaaS organization.
- Proven ability to creatively source pipeline and strategically map/break into accounts.
- Experience selling developer and/or technical products to senior managers and the C-suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and develop senior-level relationships quickly.
- English: B2 required.
