Location: Must be based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Miami, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin

Salary: $49,129 - $57,387 plus sales incentives.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage complex Enterprise prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and uncover complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Set the stage for successful high-value sales conversations by building ROI and adopting a challenger mindset.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Develop industry expertise to act as a consultant on HR, wellness, and people trends.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn.
  • Tenacity and a goal-driven, proactive mindset.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to evolve in a dynamic work environment.
  • Coachability and a desire to become a top performer.
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, consultative, and executive-level presence.
