TL;DR

Sales Manager (AdTech): Building and growing sales success by identifying and selling prospects on hirify.global's ad tech solutions, with an accent on driving revenue through programmatic advertising and managing key agency and advertiser relationships. Focus on expanding product adoption among existing clients and onboarding new partners.

Location: London (3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Develop leads and build a sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and trading desks.
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand product adoption and onboard new business partners.
  • Provide weekly updates and effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales.
  • Maintain adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through hirify.global’s CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital sales, media, or ad tech.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and SSPs.
  • Proven track record of sales success, achieving goals, and managing to a number.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly, collaboratively, and independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
