Salary: $170,000-$200,000.00 annually

What you will do

• Define a multi-year GTM blueprint with domain maps and capability roadmap across CRM, CPQ, CLM, MA, CS, data, AI, and integrations.
• Establish design principles for data models, usage, integrations, identity, and admin rights.
• Support vendor evaluations and proofs of concept.
• Translate strategy into a sequenced, funded roadmap tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Define roles, skills, and onshore/offshore mix for GTM Systems.
• Govern permissions hygiene, segregation of duties, and admin standards in partnership with Infosec and Compliance.

Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise or GTM systems, including experience leading architecture for B2B SaaS
• Deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise (Sales or Service Cloud, CPQ), with working knowledge of CLM, Marketing Automation, CS platforms, and data stacks (Snowflake or BigQuery)
• Integration depth across MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka, or equivalent API and event frameworks
• Strong data architecture background, including canonical modeling, MDM, metadata, lineage, and retention practices
• Proven record consolidating complex stacks, reducing TCO, and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience establishing AI and agent standards and operationalizing agentic workflows in enterprise settings
