What you will do
- Partner with account executives and sales management to exceed AI portfolio sales targets through territory planning, pipeline generation, and forecasting.
- Drive adoption of hirify.global AI portfolio plays and programs in the field.
- Provide subject matter expertise to differentiate hirify.global and mentor account executives.
- Offer hands-on support for positioning, presentations, pricing, and proposals related to the AI portfolio.
- Lead customer workshops focused on developing AI use cases and pilots.
- Act as the voice of the customer and field for cross-functional teams (marketing, product, professional services).
- Identify priorities and use cases to develop AI opportunities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience in Software / Cloud / AI.
- Strong subject matter expertise in AI and Pre Sales, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales overlay or subject matter expert roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI-powered customer experience with an AI-First mindset.
- Ability to lead through influence, partnering collaboratively to drive outcomes.
- Strong coordination skills for developing and running AI Proof of Concepts.
- English and French language fluency required.
