Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $128,000 to $176,000 a year

What you will do

• Craft a thoughtful product strategy and roadmap for member engagement with Bend services.
• Support integration with the Lyra ecosystem.
• Understand user needs through research and usability testing.
• Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
• Prioritize features and functionality in line with company goals and user needs.
• Develop and communicate detailed product requirements and a coherent backlog.

Requirements

• BA/BS, or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management within SaaS, enterprise software, or health tech organizations.
• Experience with all phases of the product lifecycle and managing successful product launches.
• Ability to work well on a collaborative and cross-functional team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and solid presentation skills.
