What you will do
- Grow and maintain a positive team and sales culture.
- Recruit, hire, and develop BDRs for long-term success.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes, efficiency, and productivity.
- Partner with senior sales management and marketing to develop and refine a go-to-market strategy.
- Refine processes to be scalable, measurable, and predictable.
- Provide updates on the effectiveness of strategies through data and sales reporting.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a BDR Manager, with a history of achieving 100%+ quota.
- Deep understanding of multi-pronged sales strategies, proficiency in cold calling.
- Ability to train BDRs to be effective communicators.
