TL;DR

Customer Success Engineering Manager (DAP): Leading and developing a high-performing Customer Success Engineering team with an accent on delivery execution, customer outcomes, and operational excellence. Focus on setting the bar for solution advising, proactively identifying risks, and accelerating customer success through strategic impact and value realization.

What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Engineers, fostering a culture of proactivity and ownership.
  • Oversee customer engagements for solution configuration, implementation, optimization, and impact delivery.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, feature utilization, and influence renewal outcomes.
  • Build and scale playbooks, documentation, and delivery patterns for repeatable success and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like CSM, Sales, Support, and Product to strengthen alignment.
  • Create and expand knowledge assets and support internal/external enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (CSE, Solutions Engineer, Technical Advisor, PS/Enablement).
  • 2+ years of people management or leadership experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS/web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), integrations, and data workflows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective hirify.global solutions.
  • Skilled in report interpretation and AI insight usage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global or digital adoption platforms.
  • Familiarity with SAP, enterprise integration patterns, IDP/SSO, and extensions/snippet deployment.
  • Background in customer enablement, advisory programs, or technical training.
  • Experience scaling self-serve maturity and knowledge resources.
