What you will do

  • Independently design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
  • Customize and deploy sophisticated attribution models and forecasting solutions.
  • Serve as primary analytics partner for marketing teams, providing strategic guidance.
  • Develop advanced SQL queries and manage DBT models powering Looker dashboards.
  • Collaborate with dealer teams to design and analyze marketing surveys to gather customer insights.
  • Partner with analytics leadership to propose innovative quantitative methodologies for emerging business challenges.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field; 1-2 years of professional marketing analytics experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience independently designing and analyzing A/B tests with sophisticated experimental designs.
  • Solid understanding of statistics including probability theory, regression analysis, and common statistical pitfalls.
  • Experience building predictive models and forecasting solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

Nice to have

  • Survey design and analysis experience.
  • Marketing attribution modeling experience.
  • Familiarity with LookML, DBT, Looker, and project management tools (Jira).
  • Background in automotive, marketplace, or two-sided platform businesses.
