Regional Sales Manager (Enterprise Sales): Developing and executing a business plan to overachieve enterprise sales goals with an accent on articulating value proposition for Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas. Focus on creating customer-centric solutions, managing the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, and predictably forecasting sales targets.
Location: Remote, based out of the State of Michigan. Must live local to the territory.

What you will do
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
- Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from generating leads through closing.
- Help customers understand the value of hirify.global during the sales process.
- Articulate hirify.global's value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO.
- Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first, multi-timezone operations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s).
- Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
- A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process.
- Experience selling through a channel led motion.
- Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
- Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
