Regional Sales Manager (Security): Developing and executing strategic sales plans to overachieve sales goals within the IT and Security sectors with an accent on driving revenue growth and cultivating strong customer relationships. Focus on creating demand for un-budgeted solutions, managing the full sales cycle for 7-figure deals, and articulating value propositions to C-level executives.
Location: Remote within New York City, New York
Salary: $150,000–$170,000 + Commissions

is a rapidly growing, remote-first product company providing a data engine for IT and Security to help customers solve their most pressing data needs.
What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to exceed sales quotas.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation through closing.
- Articulate 's value proposition to various stakeholders, from engineers to CxOs.
- Accurately forecast and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong, enduring customer relationships by creating customer-centric solutions.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences.
Requirements
- Work from New York City, New York.
- 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience, selling into Fortune Level Organizations and engaging Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISCO/CIOs).
- Experience with at least one earlier-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
- Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
- Success in selling to G2K companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch.
- Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
- Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
- Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
- English: B2 required.
