TL;DR

Director, R&A Sales: Responsible for the overall sales strategy and execution within the TAA R&A Market, including leading and developing a team of sales leaders and sellers. Focus on driving commercial engine and understanding client needs to determine appropriate go-to-market motions including both direct and digital sales.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) office role in USA - Coppell, TX, USA - Riverwoods, IL, USA - Kennesaw, GA, USA - Minneapolis, MN. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: $189,950 - $268,900

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales leaders and sales representatives with a focus on sales pipeline management.
  • Drive new business acquisition through Core new business teams and reseller channel.
  • Proactively work with customers to understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations for software solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within the organization, gathering feedback and addressing client needs.
  • Track client engagement metrics, service utilization, and satisfaction levels, reporting on KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on delivering high-value service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant sales / sales leadership experience.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and manage sales managers and their reports.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building and sustaining relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analytics.
