TL;DR

Director, R&A Sales: Leading and developing a team of sales leaders and sellers to execute the overall sales strategy within the TAA R&A Market with an accent on driving new business acquisition and consistently exceeding sales targets. Focus on data-driven team leadership, client advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance offerings and shape the future of the R&A market.

Location: This is a hybrid office role. You must be based in the USA, with offices in Coppell, TX; Riverwoods, IL; Kennesaw, GA; and Minneapolis, MN. Approximately 50% travel is required.

Salary: $189,950–$268,900

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team, focusing on pipeline management and achieving annual sales targets.
  • Drive new business acquisition through core teams and reseller channels, partnering with marketing.
  • Proactively engage with customers to cross-sell and upsell appropriate software solutions.
  • Act as a trusted client advisor, gathering feedback and working cross-functionally to address needs.
  • Monitor client engagement, service utilization, and satisfaction metrics, reporting on KPIs.
  • Manage Salesforce.com pipeline, accurately tracking renewals and service add-ons.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant sales/sales leadership experience.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and manage sales managers and their reports.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com), client success platforms, and data analytics.
