What you will do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team, focusing on pipeline management and achieving annual sales targets.
- Drive new business acquisition through core teams and reseller channels, partnering with marketing.
- Proactively engage with customers to cross-sell and upsell appropriate software solutions.
- Act as a trusted client advisor, gathering feedback and working cross-functionally to address needs.
- Monitor client engagement, service utilization, and satisfaction metrics, reporting on KPIs.
- Manage Salesforce.com pipeline, accurately tracking renewals and service add-ons.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant sales/sales leadership experience.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to lead, develop, and manage sales managers and their reports.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com), client success platforms, and data analytics.
